Beware of vaccine registration scams

There are a lot of scammers using this pandemic as an opportunity to scam the innocent public under the pretense of vaccination drives / registrations, etc. 
Here are some examples:
Scam 1
Claim: A message claims that people can register and book for the Covid-19 vaccine from the "CowinHelp” app. Download the app from the provided link.

Fact: Cowin is the official website to register and book the Covid-19 vaccine or use UMANG and or Aarogya Setu app.
Scam 2 Claim: The fake image claiming that the COVID-19 vaccination appointment can be booked from WhatsApp is circulating on social media.

Fact: The COVID-19 vaccination appointment can be taken from Cowin, the UMANG app, and the Arogya Setu app.
Scam 3 Claim: The WhatsApp forward says answering the call from "912250041117" for COVID-19 vaccine feedback hacks a phone.

Fact: This is a Fraud call. The Govt. of India calls from "1921" for COVID-19 vaccine feedback.
Scam 4 Claim: COVID-19 vaccination appointment can be booked on the Telegram using 'MyGov Corona Vaccine App'.

Fact: This is fake. The number and the Telegram account are not associated with the Govt. of India.
